Prix Vogel for Economic Law
Every two years, the Vogel Prize is awarded to authors and researchers in the field of economic law in the broadest sense (competition, distribution, consumer affairs, regulation, internal market law, law & economics) whose work puts legal rules into perspective in order to stimulate innovation in practice.
A Look Back at the 2024 Edition
Jean Giard is the 2024 winner for his dissertation: “Le système fiscal international : une construction conceptuelle et pragmatique (The International Tax System: A Conceptual and Pragmatic Construction).”.
He was selected by a jury of professionals comprising Liza Bellulo, Laura Cerny, Laurence Fauque, Agnes Poggi, Natalia Van Oost, Jean-Philippe Gille, Jean-François Guillemin, and Joseph Vogel and Louis Vogel.
