Louis and Joseph Vogel highlight the paradox of French law in addressing price fluctuations

In the latest issue of the Revue Lamy de la concurrence (No 164, October 2026), Louis Vogel and Joseph Vogel analyze how French law has evolved in response to price fluctuations, ten years after the reform of contract law.

To address these inconsistencies, they propose several avenues for strengthening the protection of businesses and adapting the legal framework to today’s economic challenges.
