Vogel & Vogel advised BKW Group, a long-established energy supplier in Switzerland, on the competition law aspects of its acquisition of sole control over Volterres, a company specializing in the supply of green electricity. The transaction was cleared by the Competition Authority in a decision dated 11 May 2026.
