An agreement may be entered into for a limited time only. As long as it is not random, a market can be strictly time-limited: it can be constituted by an event. The Competition Authority considered that the meeting of supply and demand for transportation services during the Pope’s visit to the city of Mulhouse constituted a relevant market.
