Joseph Vogel

Joseph Vogel, a specialist in competition and distribution law for more than twenty-five years, advises his clients at both the European and French levels. A graduate of HEC [grande école for management and business studies] and the IEP of Paris (Institut d’Etudes Politiques), he has a dual expertise in economics and law.

He practices before national and European competition authorities on behalf of various French and international companies, in connection with some of the most important proceedings that have taken place in the last twenty-five years.

Joseph Vogel is the author of several works and numerous articles on competition and distribution law.

Charles Fahrner

Charles Fahrner is specialized in consumer and after-sales law. He has been active in this field for more than 20 years and has acquired in-depth experience representing and advising companies faced with all of the after-sales problems connected to their products: defending against actions for latent defects, product liability, non-conformity, technical expert proceedings, recalls, defending companies and their management in the event of criminal proceedings, defending against actions by consumer associations, in particular with respect to unfair clause claims.

Fully bilingual in French and German, Charles Fahrner is especially active in the area of Franco-German and Franco-Austrian business relations. He heads the firm's After-Sales Consumer Department.
